Inuyasha FA story-part 3

Back in the feudal realm, Michiru was licking the blood from her wound.
“Ugh, he actually drew blood from me. This’ll take weeks to heal. I swear I’m gonna’ deball that filthy mutt the next time I see him.” Michiru said to herself.
“If something else doesn’t get you first.” A low voice said from behind her. Michiru turned around to see the form of Naraku in the shadows.
“Oh! Uh, hey, Naraku. What’s up?” Michiru put her arm on the back of her head and smiled.
“You weren’t able to defeat Inuyasha. You know how I feel about failure.”
“Yeah, yeah. I know. But how’s this for a sweet deal, if I get you those shards from Kagome, how’s about you give me another shard?”
“I saw how that went the first time you tried to get them.”
“Next time will be different, trust me. You see, I used a spell that we cat demons have called the “Feline Growth Spell”. Basically, it has the same effect of that attack I used on Kagura, except it’s slower and much more potent.”
“More potent?”
“Yeah, like in a lot more effective. In another week that girl will be so huge, I’ll be able to walk right up and take the shards out of her hands. It’s the perfect plan.”
“Hmm, okay. But remember our deal, Michiru.” Naraku then vanished.
“Geez, that guy really needs to get a hobby or something.” Michiru then teleported into the night.

Kagome awoke the next morning. She was still on her bed and still dressed in her school uniform. She blinked twice before standing up. Her dizziness and stomachache were gone.
“Oh, I wonder what time it is?” Kagome walked into the bathroom and looked into the mirror. As her blurry vision subsided, she realized that she looked different. Her face looked slightly puffy. Kagome then realized her entire body looked bigger. Her breasts looked rounder, her stomach was poking out from under her shirt, her thighs also were closer to each other, and her arms and legs were also more jiggly.
“Wha...What the heck happened to me?!” Kagome yelled. She darted over to an electronic scale and stepped on it. She expected the red digital numbers to read “95". Instead, they registered as “110".
“How did I gain fifteen pounds overnight?” Kagome asked as she poked her now flabby stomach, her finger sinking in a few inches. She then left the bathroom and walked downstairs. The rest of her family had already started on breakfast.
“Whoa! Kagome what happened to you?” Souta exclaimed.
“Thanks for pointing it out.” Kagome said as she sat down.
“Kagome, you look, uh, different this morning.” Her mom said.
“Yes, did you do something different with your hair?” Her grandpa asked.
“I know I ballooned overnight! You don’t have to sugercoat it!” Kagome yelled.
“Did you get stung by a bee demon or something?” Souta asked with a laugh.
“Souta, be nice.” Kagome’s mom said as she sat a plate of pancakes on the table.
“Mom, I don’t know what happened”, Kagome put her head down on the table, “I just woke up and I had gained all this weight.”
“Sounds like the work of a demon.” Her grandpa said. Suddenly, the doorbell went off.
“Just a second, Kagome.” She walked over to the front door. “I wonder who that could be?” She opened the door and saw that Kevin was there.
“Hi, Aunt Higurashi.” He said.
“Kevin! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen you!” She gave him a hug.
“Same here.” Kevin walked in and took off his shoes.
“Everyone, look who’s here.” Kagome’s mom and Kevin walked into the kitchen.
“Kevin! You haven’t been here in a long time!” Souta got up and gave him a hug.
“Hey, Souta.” Kevin said.
“So, what brings you out here, Kevin?” Kagome’s grandpa asked.
“Well, grandpa. I came to see how Kagome was doing.” Kevin then looked over at Kagome.
“Uh, hi, Kevin.” Kagome said.
“Hey. You do something with your hair?” Kevin asked.
“Uh, no. I gained some weight overnight.”
“Oh, that. Yeah, I mighta’ missed that.”
Kagome looked at a clock, “Oh no! I have to get going or I’ll be late. Goodbye, everyone!” Kagome got up from the table and put on her school backpack.
“I’ll walk with you.” Kevin said.
“Hey, Kevin, want to play some video games later?” Souta asked.
“Uh, sorry, I can’t today. Raincheck?”
“I’ll hold you to that.” Souta said.
“Goodbye, Kagome! Bye, Kevin!” Kagome’s mom said. Kagome and Kevin waved as they walked out the door.

“Kevin, I just don’t know what happened. I know I didn’t go to sleep looking like this.” Kagome said to Kevin. The two of them were on their way to Kagome’s school.
“Well, I have to admit that it is unusual to gain that much weight in one night.” Kevin said.
“Yeah. My clothes feel so tight, I’m going to have to order a new uniform if this continues.” Kagome then sighed. “Kevin, how am I supposed to get guys to like me if I’m fat?”
“Well, if you’re worried about Inuyasha, I don’t think he’ll care. There are some guys who like girls with more weight on them. My friend Dylan said they’re called FAs or something like that”, Kevin realized Kagome’s mood wasn’t improving, “And I’m not helping, am I?”
“It’s okay, you’re trying. Hey, shouldn’t you be in school right now?”
“I’ve got the day off, school got flooded.”
“How did that happen?”
“Well, it was pretty hard. I had to really work to get that water main off...uh, I mean, not sure.” Kevin said with a nervous smile.
“I guess maybe I should make the best of it.” Kagome and Kevin then reached her school.
“See ya’ in the feudal realm, Kagome.” Kevin waved goodbye as he floated into the air.
“Bye, Kevin!” Kagome waved at him. She then sighed and walked into her school.

Later that day, Inuyasha, Miroku, Shippo, and Sango were waiting at the village for Kevin and Kagome to arrive.
“They’re late.” Inuyasha said with an annoyed tone.
“Inuyasha, calm down. They’ll be here soon.” Miroku said.
“I hope Kagome’s okay.” Shippo said.
Sango looked up, “There’s Kevin.” Kevin flew through the air and floated down near them.
“Hey, guys. Sorry I’m late.” He said.
“Where’s Kagome?” Inuyasha asked.
“She’s on her way, but I came ahead to warn you about something. I think Michiru’s energy attack yesterday did something to her and she looks a little different, so try not to say anything, okay?”
“Don’t worry, Kevin. I won’t say anything.” Shippo said.
“Me neither.” Miroku nodded. Kagome then walked toward them.
“Hey, everyone! I’m here!” She waved. Everyone except for Kevin looked at her with shocked expressions.
“Uh, hi, Kagome.” Miroku said, trying not to say anything about her added weight.
Inuyasha was trying not to start laughing, “Hey, Kagome, you look pretty good.” Kevin glared at him.
“Kagome, I’m glad you’re not hurt.” Shippo said.
“Guys, I know you all noticed that I’m a lot bigger than I was yesterday.” Kagome said.
“You are? I hardly noticed.” Sango said with a smile.
“HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!”, Inuyasha dropped on the ground and started laughing, “Oh man! I can’t believe it! Kagome, you look so funny with all that weight on you! I wish I had one of those camera things right now so I could take a picture!” He then got to his feet.
“Inuyasha!” Kevin yelled.
“I’ll take care of this, Kevin. Sit, boy!” Kagome yelled. Inuyasha got pulled straight into the ground and slammed into it, making an imprint of his entire body in the dirt.
“Ow! That hurt a lot worse than usual.” He said as he got up.
“Yeah, you did hit the ground a little harder than you normally do when she sits you.” Miroku said.
“Maybe your weight makes it so you can have Inuyasha go down harder.” Shippo said.
“Well, I guess this weight does have some benefits.” Kagome smiled as she looked at Inuyasha.
“I think that last one gave me a concussion.” Inuyasha rubbed his head.
